| 8 years in service Spandana Foundation was established exactly this day (Aug-13th) of the year 2005 by a group of 3 people as just a group with an intention to help needy people back at home. We never ever imagined that one day it will become an organization and serve thousands of needy people with the help of thousands of members. The credit goes to all the members who gave the confidence, volunteers who gave the direction and donors who gave generous donations. Spandana team would like to take this opportunity to thank you all. This success journey wouldn't have been possible without your help and support. It's time to take a look at the milestones that we had crossed together: - Formed as a group on Aug-13, 2005
- Registered as a non-profit in Hyderabad on June-15, 2007
- Registered as a non-profit in Illinois on Oct-11, 2007
- Acquired 501 C 3 tax exemption status on May-11, 2009
- Organizing the events in more than 10 cities across USA
- Largest NRI charity organization with 3833 members
- Supported thousands of needy people in the areas of education , health and basic living
