Empowering needy to move beyond mere survival Spandana Foundation has been supporting several orphans , senior citizens, HIV positiveKids , Spandana school, kids with special needs and meritorious but poor students in India for the past 12 years. Apart from these, we have our own Spandana Digi school and we also issue merit scholarships to number of college students. We have been supporting these initiatives using the funds raised thru different fundraisers like Sports tournaments, Cultural events, Art competitions, Spelling Bees and many more variety of events organized across all major cities in USA.
Maintenance cost of these initiatives have tripled in last 5 years and day by day it's getting tough for the foundation to support these initiatives from the reserve fund. Hence we are requesting our community members to come forward and give us a helping hand by adopting a needy by contributing some portion of expenses. We were able to help thousands of needy people with your support and encouragement for past 12 years and we need your help again to assure that support in future also. Spandana is very happy to announce $ADAY project to support needy people in India. With your generous contribution of just 1 dollar a day ($30 per month), we can assure continued support to these underprivileged and very well deserving needy people back at home.
Ugadi Sambaralu in NJ Charity fundraiser to support needy back at home Spandana Foundation has organized a charity fundraiser cultural event called Ugadi Sambaralu - 2016 on April-30th at Ridge Performing Arts Center, Basking Ridge, NJ to raise funds to support needy people back at home. More than 320 kids showcased their talent in cultural programs like fashion show, skits, singing and vibrant classical and contemporary dance programs. More than 1100 people from our community attended the program to make it a huge success!  Fun star Shiva Reddy and small screen superstars Indraneel and Meghana also performed in this event to entertain our community. Spandana Star Awards were presented to Sharwani Kota and Esha Khandelwal for their outstanding community service. Spandana Service Award was presented to an organization called District NRI Foundation - Khammam (DNF) for their outstanding community service work in Khammam district. Baburao Bayyana and Anil Nagandla represented DNF organization to receive the award.

Holly Chaney Group proudly presents Spandana Summer Fest -2016 , a grand fun filled charity cultural program in South Florida will be held on on May-21st at Performing arts theater in Boca Raton. Famous Tollowood playback singers Sumangaly , Dinker and Tamil super singer Sankar are going to entertain our guests in the musical night.
Spandana volunteers Harish Bejjinki , Sunil Pandey, Amar , Ashok Vipparla, Madhu Kummetha and Siva organized one volleyball tournament associated with this Summer Fest event in their own Florida style! Close to 100 people particiapted in this tournament and it was a huge success!
