You can double the impact of your donation by utilizing the matching gift programs that are in place at thousands of employers. The standard match is dollar for dollar up to a set limit that normally ranges between $2,000-30,000 per employee each year.
Volunteer grant programs, also known as "Dollars for Doers" programs, are charitable giving programs setup by corporations in which the company provides a monetary donation to eligible nonprofits as a way to recognize employees who volunteer. If you volunteer with Spandana Foundation and work for a company with a volunteer grant program, you can request a grant for us which normally valued at $10-$15 per hour volunteered.
Please make a note that many companies match the donations up until the end of February or March of the following year. Your support to Spandana Foundation is already making a difference. Dadi Lavanya is a meritorious student from Anakapalli, Visakhapatnam with a very good track record from a very poor family. She secured 90% in 10th class and scored 2638 rank in Polycet-2013. Lavanya's father is a T.V Mechanic and his earnings are not sufficient for their daily needs. She is now pursuing her Diplomo first year E.E.E from Govt. Helping meritorious but poor engineering student  Bheemine Haribabu is a meritorious student with a very good track record from a very poor family in Chittoor. He secured 92% in B.Tech First Year. Haribabu father is physically handicapped and their income depends on agriculture. He is now pursuing his Second year B.Tech in Siddarth Institute of Engg and Technology, Puttur. Spandana Foundation granted merit scholarship renewal of Rs 10,000 ($165) based on our Pratibha team evaluation. She secured 83% in 10th class and 90% in Intermediate. Mamatha's parents are daily labor's and they strive for their basic things like food and clothes for their family. She is now pursuing her B.Tech First year in Computer Science Engineering from JNTU Manthani, Karimnagar.
