Main objective of this project is to support deserving meritorious but poor students from a school/college in India and optionally provide basic infrastructure also on need basis. Members can choose their own school/college anywhere in India. This project is going to replace our flagship project "Pratibha Annual Drive" through which we use to support thousands of students every year.
My Social Responsibility Volunteering is not social service, it's our social responsibility  Main objective of this project is to encourage our members to volunteer for charity organizations that are supporting local communities as well as needy in India. This project is designed especially to encourage youth volunteers and invovle them in social responsibility activities in a structured way. Help The Helpless
Double the donations that you made in last year  Main objective of this project is to provide financial support to those deserving charity organziations in India that are suffering due to lack of financial stability. Members can suggest any charity organization that they come across to Spandana Foundation. Spandana has been supporting several charity organziations for past 5 years, take a look at our Charity Partners page for mroe details. We decided to formalize the effort as we are receiving numerous requests from our members to add new organizations as a charity partner. Spandana is driven and lead by its members and they are the lifeblood of our organization and play decisive role in shaping up our activities. This year we are introducing new Core Membership ($25 per month) to help us to help more needy people back at home in a structured manner. Spandana Foundation has designed several social responsibility projects for core members exclusively to involve them directly at their own school and/or village back at home in India. Each year, Americans across the country answer that question by coming together on the King Holiday to serve their neighbors and communities.
